Foreigner’s rights on land in Rwanda

According to the law n^o 27/2021 of 10/06/2021 governing land, ministerial instruction n^o 001 of 09 September 2021 determining modalities of the possession of residential land by a foreigner and other laws as well as other orders related to the land in Rwanda, foreigners are entitled to land for investment and residential purposes.
