The new changes introduced by the 2023 amendment to the partnership law

In March 2023, Rwanda published the law n° 018/2023 of 30/03/2023 amending law n° 008/2021 of 16/02/2021 governing partnerships in Rwanda. This law made amendments to the partnership law of 2021.
