Adjudication
We represent clients in procedures of adjudication which is the legal process by which an appointed expert reviews evidences and argumentation, including legal reasoning set forth by opposing parties or litigants to come to a decision which determines rights and obligations between the parties involved. This procedure is most popular in construction and infrastructure litigations where parties want someone who understands the matter at hand and determines what should be done by each of the disputing parties.
