Legal Training (Specific Laws)
Abayo & Co. Advocates provides legal training and related services that develop human resources and institutional capabilities in different legal fields on demand by our clients. We train managers to basic legal benchmarks necessary for the management of the company’s business. We train and provide guides to Human Resource Officers in HR management from recruitment to dismissal and possibly management of HR litigations that allows them to reduce professional faults in their work which in the end risk the companies to pay unnecessary damages. By request of institutions, we organize and provide training sessions for their staff about employment laws, internal regulations of institutions, HR manuals and specifical features of different types of contracts with institutions.
The law firm provides training to different groups in all domains of law especially the rights of those groups in particular (employees, women, children, people with disabilities, etc.). We develop training manuals, train those groups and provide practical guides for basic skills provided.
